The company was established in 1995 to supply the three retail shops that were affiliated to Kim Gibbings the owner of Capitol Electronic Component cc T/A Audio Specialists who is also a qualified aircraft instrument and two way radio technician. Kim Owned and ran his own Hi-fi & home theatre retail shop for 8 years – part of this experience now helps him design systems for his dealers when requested.
All Repairs are carried out by him personally and he makes sure that there is an extensive range of spare parts.

- Outdoor speakers carry a 2 year warranty
- Sub-woofers carry a 3 year warranty
- Anthem power amplifiers carry a 5 year warranty
- Pre-amp-processors carry a 3 year warranty on Audio and a 2 year warranty on Video parts
- Projectors carry a 2 year warranty.
Previous products imported by Kim, were Counterpoint Electronics from America, Duntech Speakers from Australia, Ruark Speakers from England, Van Den Hul Speakers cable. Through his experience we have settled on the current product line up as the best there is, or the best value for money on the market.
The aim was to find the best value for money products and to prove this Paradigm has won the “Best Value for Money Product” for 18 consecutive years and in total 20 year todate, as voted by dealers in North America and published by “Inside Track” magazine.
Louise Gibbings runs the front of house operations including account, dispatch and spares.
Our commitment is to support our products and we are very confident that we offer a great warranty and even when products are out of warranty, we offer spares at cost from the factory, as can be borne out by our dealers.
